Street End Park

The location of the hotel was fantastic! Pile Place Market is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Park Place Market has an extraordinary number of food choices and vendors selling numerous items. The Pike Place waterfront also includes the Seattle Acquarium, a park area and waterfront walking trails for strolling. There are a number of very good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as the shopping mall Pacific Place that has an AMC movie theatre and food and shopping, with a sky bridge that leads to Nieman Marcus. Also, the same block where the hotel is located contains the monorail that leads directly to the Seattle Center where the Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture (aka Jimmy Hendrix museum) are located. Also, the light rail that leads to the airport (SeaTac) is on the same block (only $3 to the airport). Finally, the hotel is clean and beautifully preserved (it will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2027. The rooms are cleaned daily and coffee and water bottles are replenished daily. In conclusion, I am looking forward to a return trip to the Mayflower Hotel and Seattle!

Such a fantastic stay and close to everything. Was there for business but was able to take in the beauty of the hotel. The rooftop is phenomenal. Close to a lot of really good restaurants. Parking is secure in the garage. Definitely recommend.

This place has many pluses! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is great for walking to places like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. We appreciated the on-site coffee and surprisingly lux toiletries, and the rooftop deck is a lovely place to unwind. We had few complaints, other than a not-so-plush mattress and pillows. You may encounter some people experiencing homelessness in the area.
