Private: natural state property, garden (not fenced) trees. Patio, garden furniture, fireplace, bathing jetty. In the house: air conditioning. Available: canoe, boat (extra). Long narrow motor access (350 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Střížovice" 3 km, railway station "Střížovice" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, bathing lake "Ratmírovský rybník" 20 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane. Please note: baby equipment (extra).
4-room cottage 70 m2 on 3 levels. Cosy furnishings: living room with satellite TV. Shower/WC. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, radio, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Top floor: small walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Electric heating, wood heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Large balcony. Balcony furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the lake. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. A baby bath is available. The main heating element is a fireplace and air conditioning in the living room, the rest are portable heaters.

Ort zum abschalten

Wär vom Alltag abschalten möchte ist hier genau richtig, Ausstattung ist soweit gut aber Sauberkeit steht nicht an erster Stelle vor allem das Bad. Bevor wir die Dusche benutzen konnten musste sie erst geputzt werden es war noch der Schmutz vom Vorgänger drin aber auch die Fußboden Fliesen sollten mal Grund gereinigt werden. Aber die Lage vom Ferienhaus ist sehr schön.

Absolute Ruhe am Ratmirov Teich

Dieses Ferienhaus am Ratmirov Teich ist die erste Wahl für alle, die in Ruhe entspannen wollen. Das Häusschen liegt mitten in der Natur direkt am Ufer des Teiches. Man befindet sich auf dem Grundstück mitten in der Natur. Man kann beim Fruhstück von der Terasse allerlei Tiere beobachten, welche sich auf dem Grundstück, im Wasser und in den Bäumen tummeln. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber funktional. Das Highlight ist die Anlegestelle mit Picknicktisch und gemauertem großen Grill.

Der Empfang war Prima und die vor Ort Betreuung Toll . Haus war zufriedenstellend mit sehr viel Platz ! Leider wird nirgendwo erwähnt das das Angeln an dem See vor dem Haus nicht erlaubt ist und somit absolut nichts für Angelfreunde ! Ebenfalls war bei Ankunft kein Internet vorhanden , wir mussten letztlich selber 2 x in die nächste grosse Ortschaft und uns die Karte kaufen angeblich inkl. ! DER ANBIETER SOLLTE AUF JEDEN FALL ERWÄHNEN DAS ANGELN NUR AN BEZAHL SEEN IN DER UMGEBUNG MÖGLICH IST !

Už víc než dva roky zpět je v recenzích, že ubytování hezké, ale potřebovalo by zásadní rekonstrukci a opravy, do dnes beze změny, toaleta protéká, špatně napouští, poškozená vanička i vana, rozbité dveře sprchového koutu nahrazeny závěsem, v podkroví jsou místa, kde když stoupnete na podlahu je cítit, že pod kobercem je schovaný problém. WiFi nezapojena, heslo není k nalezení (stačilo dát cedulku k AP) televize pouze zahraniční programy. Tento zážitek zachránila krajina...

Schwierig war lediglich die Anreise zum Ferienhaus. Die angegebene Adresse stimmte nicht ganz. Hinter der Hausnummer ist noch ein röm. II. Wir kamen daher zu einem Haus einer älteren Dame, die aber anscheinend öfter solche Probleme hatte. Leider sprach sie kein deutsch. Durch Zufall fanden wir jemanden, der uns zum Besitzer führte. Der Eigentümer sollte seine Anschrift angeben. Erleichtert das Finden.Danke

Die Unterkunft hält das was si...

Die Unterkunft hält das was sie verspricht. Ein landestypisches Ferienhaus mitten im Wald an einem traumhaften See. Die Unterkunft selbst darf sicherlich mal wieder eine Grundrenovierung über sich ergehen lassen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind mehr Ferienhäuser zu finden als die Bilder unmittelbar wiedergeben. Wer Ruhe sucht und auf deutschen Ausstattungsstandard verzichten kann ist hier genau richtig. Für Hunde natürlich ein absoluter Traum. Reisetipps: Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist von wald gekennzeichnet. Lange Waldwanderwege / Fahrradwege sind zu finden. Die umliegender Dörfer zeigen die landestypische Ruhe. Ein Essen in den dörflichen Lokalitäten wird dringend empfohlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Die Lage vom Haus ist super und sehr erholsam, aber die Nachbarn sehr dicht und die Sauberkeit ist sehr sehr schlecht.
