"We had dinner in an almost empty dining room. The meals were served up but no one checked on us during the meal. My partner had no cheese in his burger. We mentioned this at when the plates were being cleared and it was mentioned to the chef and manager but no apologies or no compensation. The coffee sachets in the room used the cheapest coffee possible and it tasted awful. We had breakfast, which was okay but nothing special. I admit that they stopped serving at 9.30 and we went down at 9.00 but most of the cooked food looked like it had been there since they started serving and the coffee was very weak."

Check‑in was efficient, though the staff were quite detached, which didn’t create much of a welcome. Our room was clean and neat, but unfortunately it looked nothing like the photos shown on the hotel’s website. The difference was disappointing and felt misleading. It’s an affordable option, and you do get what you pay for, but more accurate presentation and some investment in the property would make a difference."

That being said the sauna, pool area were very nice and clean, view was ok although some dining guests could see into my room which wasnt great but slept well and felt refreshed so as a whole not too bad at all"
