Was told I would receive a text message when room was ready. I waited 4 hours with two small children. Went to the front desk and was laughed at and told service at front desk is bad. I received text messages for dining and activities never received anything about my room being ready. My room was not ready until 6:30. The beds felt like bricks. I was charged 40.00 per night for valet and did not use valet at all. Overall horrible experience. If you are looking for a place in the poconos please skip camelback and go to kalahari. Everything is better there. Camelback is outdated and needs a good cleaning as well.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Loved that it was pet friendly. Also love the little details in the bathroom with the shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion, in dispensers, which was convenient. Bed was very comfortable. We will Definitely stay there again.

We stayed here when going to Camelback for snowboarding and it was an easy 10 minute drive. We loved our stay here! Right inside the door was a bellhop cart that we used for all our things and check-in was very fast. The rooms were clean, comfy and spacious! The breakfast was a game changer - the staff who made it and kept it full was amazing and super nice, always saying good morning. When anyone had a request they would do their best to help them. There are a ton of dining options and stores around to shop at as well. Great hotel and price, will definitely stay here again when we comeback next season!

My family and I had a wonderful time here, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Room and hotel were clean, housekeeping were great and worked fast to provide extras items we wanted. The breakfast selection was fully stocked, fresh and clean. The cooks were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!
