Asked to clean very dirty air-conditioning vents. They would look into it. Have stayed 4 times over the years but might look elsewhere now. The staff are mostly helpful "

"Had a lovely spacious apartment with balcony, a great view of the ranges and secure parking very close to my entrance. The buildings are beautiful and surrounded by large eucalyptus. The complex has secure fences with automatic gates, making it a very safe place to stay. Highly recommended."
