Room was nice and clean, front desk was nice and professional. One of the elevators was broken, which did cause a longer wait on 2 occasions.
Parking was a nightmare. I paid $58 and it was extremely stressful and frustrating. Please, please fully review the hotel’s parking video and info before you book. If you set GPS to go to the hotel, you will not be able to park at that location. Instead, have your GPS take you to the parking garage directly (if you are bringing a car). It is an extremely busy and hectic area and if you are unfamiliar, it could cause undue stress.
