"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf diesem Hausboot am Mirower See und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Das Hausboot ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Details gelegt wird. Alles war sauber, hochwertig ausgestattet und in einem top Zustand.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter Christian, der unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar war. Von der Einweisung bis zu kleinen Fragen während des Aufenthalts hat alles perfekt funktioniert und man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt.Die Kombination aus der tollen Lage auf dem Wasser, der hochwertigen Ausstattung und dem großartigen Service hat den Aufenthalt für uns zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. "overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels, chicken mc nuggests and fries every day as the kids wont make it up so late. with a super high room rate we felt fairly frustrated. "
