  • Just Beachy is a fantastic 3000 Sq. Ft. home with over 100’ feet of private sand beach on Lake Michigan. This home is located on South Lake Michigan Drive, a 1.5 lane lightly traveled road, just 15 minutes from downtown Sturgeon Bay.

    Includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 large living and dining areas perfect for families. Pets welcome (with pet fee). Includes 2 car garage, with plenty of additional parking. Charcoal grill, bicycles, two dog kennels, outdoor dining area.

    Bedroom #1- master bedroom with king bed and en suite full bathroom, daybed with trundle. Private walk out. Two large closets.
    Bedroom #2- two queen beds, two large closets.
    Bedroom #3- twin over full bunk bed, large closet
    Bedroom #4- loft bedroom with two twin beds, full size futon, one half bath, outdoor balcony, television with DVD player.

    Open floor plan kitchen and family room with wood burning fireplace, dining space for six, walkout to large deck with lake view.

    Large great room, with dining space for up to eight, second kitchen, stairway access to loft bedroom.

    Spacious, private outdoor area including large deck with dining table and 8 chairs, basketball hoop, large yard.

    Private sand beach with fire pit and plenty of seating. About a wheel-barrow full of firewood is provided to get you started.

    Three flat screen televisions with basic spectrum cable package, high speed internet.

Perfect location for spending time on the beach with families that have dogs. House has a lot of space to accommodate a big family and goes above pet friendly with providing kennels, toys and food dishes. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful location and lake view. Kids anf adults enjoy the sandy beach. Have stayed before so we knew would have a good time. Lots of sleeping room and space for games on the deck or hoops in backyard.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The home is spacious and cozy with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. We also very much appreciated how kid-friendly the property was. My kids loved digging into the game closet. Really good communication with the owner. We would love to come back during the Summer sometime!

We had a wonderful time and the property was better even than the listing. The home was beautiful. Very clean and wow was it stocked well. It was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. Pots and pans, dishes, etc. The house was really spacious. We loved everything about it. And the beach was spectacular! We hope to return again.

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at the Blackwoods' wonderful home on Lake Michigan. House was super clean and we had plenty of space for our 6 guests; plus, it's located in a super quiet area of Door County. Be sure to get up early enough to watch the beautiful sunrises with your cup of coffee. Ted is one of most flexible, communicative and friendliest Vrbo hosts I have ever interacted with. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Door County.

The house was just like you see in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. I appreciated that many things had been labeled like the light switches, items in the cupboards and TV remotes. The beach is just right out the front door and we went for long walks each day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for Girls Weekend

Ted's house was a perfect location for our girls weekend getaway! The four of us had plenty of space to spread out and relax in comfort. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was spacious, the bathrooms were plenty! Lots of amenities to enjoy, not to mention THE VIEW! Beautiful sunrises over Lake Michigan and miles & miles of sandy beach to walk! Ted was an attentive host who ensured our comfort by reaching out via text during our stay. Beautiful Property

Beautiful house with plenty of room for all and nice separate areas for people to gather. Many thoughtful extras are included. Nice to have the second kitchen. The location is quiet, just far enough away from the crowded tourist areas. Beach was lovely, and we enjoyed having campfires there. I rated cleanliness at 4 because the house is dog friendly and there was dog odor in the house.

Location!

For us it was the ideal location...a wooded lot with a view of the lake and access to a sand beach right down the driveway. It's the farthest south we've ever stayed in Door County which turned out just fine. Kids loved The Farm, we ventured to Egg Harbor and Sturgeon Bay, but mostly just enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Accommodations worked out well for all of us adults and children. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, etc. and garage had multiple bikes, and beach chairs, a charcoal grill, and a big cart to haul stuff to the beach.
