  • WELCOME TO GLIDDEN PINES!

    Glidden Pines is a sunny and bright, comfortable and well-designed two-story home that sleeps a maximum of six (6) guests (per municipal limit) with a total of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

    Guests are invited to make reservations 7/365 with required 7-nite minimum stays from mid-June to mid- August, and Saturday check in day is required. All other seasons are a six (6) nite minimum per municipal requirement.

    Located on exclusive Glidden Drive, this property offers the best of both worlds for your vacation get-away situated on a private one-acre wooded lot, and just a few minutes’ walk to access miles of glorious, walkable sandy beach. Guests can also enjoy hiking in the Shivering Sands Preserve just one mile north of the property. Glidden Drive runs approximately six (6) miles along the shoreline and is home to some of the most unique and beautiful private residences on Door County’s Lake Michigan side of the peninsula.

    Perfect for families, 2-3 couples or a “girl’s weekend”, this home is warm and inviting, combining rustic and contemporary features for a great Door County experience.

    Main Level
    *The main level open floor plan features a wood burning fireplace, and combined living/dining and kitchen space with a lovely bonus three-season room.
    *The living room offers a spacious and comfortable sectional couch and a 40-inch flat screen TV for streaming your favorite apps.
    *The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, and has additional counter seating. Two queen size bedrooms are located on the main floor that share a full bath with a tub and shower combination.
    * There is an additional sleeping option in the three-season room.

    Second Level
    *Upstairs you can enjoy an open loft area for reading or relaxing adjacent to a spacious private master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bath with shower.
    Outdoor Living Space
    *Glidden Pines has a large west facing outdoor deck with seating and a gas fire table for enjoyable evenings spent dining outdoors and experiencing nature on this beautiful property.

    Sand Beach Access
    *Our guests have access to gorgeous sand beach on Lake Michigan for swimming, sunning and walking using either of two access lanes – both less than a 6-minute walk from Glidden Pines.

    PROPERTY LOCATION
    *At Glidden Pines you are a quick 15-minute drive south to downtown Sturgeon Bay that includes a pleasing variety of options for dining, coffee, unique shops, recreation and the ever-fascinating Ship Canal where sailors and boaters enjoy a beautiful waterway that connects Lake Michigan with Green Bay.

    *All other highlights of the peninsula are a short trip away heading north to explore Egg Harbor, Jacksonport, Baileys Harbor, Fish Creek, Ephraim and more.
