My only complaint would be that my bed was too soft for my ageing back."

"The lack of A/C and too hot a room, plus too soft beds, required opening the windows to all the sirens and noise and an uncomfortable lack of sleep. Plus, the Can-opener was broken and NO ONE to call to get a replacement. The "soft-bed" was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable."
