Overall a decent value, though it was a bit of a hike with kids to get to the nearest public transportation sites. Dining nearby was limited, and it was a bit of a maze through many narrow streets getting to the hotel.

My trip to the hotel will not be a waste of time and effort only if the hotel informs me that the hotel has changed my 2 night reservation to another Astoria. It wasn't far but we got lost because the directions weren't clear and it's our first time in Stuttgart. And with all our luggage and walking around in the heat of the sun, we felt stressed and down.

We rented the suite for one night, it had space for 7 or 8 people to sleep, which was perfect for our family. The staff was very friendly and the environment was quiet and safe. Only minor is that we arrived very late due to lots of traffic jams and the elevators stop at 11:30pm. Good idea for the rooms nearby, but we needed to go with our bags till the 5th floor using the stairway

Eigenschaften des Zimmers nicht wie beschrieben.
Viele Ausstattungsmerkmale des Zimmers waren nicht vorhanden. Kein Blick in den Garten, der versprochene 48Zoll TV hatte ca 20Zoll. Keine Verdunklungsvorhänge, keine schallisolierten Zimmer, kein Safe. 14m2 scheint mir auch nicht gegeben zu sein. Das Bett schmal und kurz mit durchgelegener Matratze. Das Bad ist kleiner nicht möglich. Weder große noch korpulentere Personen werden hier hereinkommen. Bad, sowie alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind abgewohnt und beschädigt. Einziger Pluspunkt: die Reinigungskraft hat einen guten Job gemacht. Die Bilder haben mit Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers nichts gemein. Da laut Personal (sehr freundlich) schon häufiger bemängelt wurde, dass die Angaben bei Hotels.com nicht stimmen, handelt es sich in meinen Augen um Betrug. Die ehrlichen Wettbewerber werden durch die falschen Angaben um mögliche Gäste gebracht. Der Zimmerpreis (40€) ist nicht angemessen.

The room was very efficient, clean, and practical. The location is a tad far from Schlossplatz but easy to access by bus 42. Unfortunately there was no information at all about anything in the room (e.g.: TV guide, heater settings, walking distance eateries, etc.) . When I inquired about restaurants, museums, etc., close by and how to get there, the staff seemed ill-informed, and poorly trained in terms of customer relations. There is Penny market right next to it, thus, in some rooms you will awake weekdays around 6 am when the delivery trucks arrive.

The Nights were quiet even the window was open but around 7.00am some kind of road construction started The furniture is worn out but still the room was clean with a nice balcony
