"Extremely friendly service, great breakfast, central location, everything was clean. The only issue was that the internet speed was enough for email but not for youtube. "
"Beautiful, spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of Kirkjufell with 2 gazing chairs. The window shades did not completely cover the long daylight, but we managed and the room made up for that.
There were several loud groups who arrived into the evening, making it a noisy environment until 10 pm on the night we were there, and the same was true in the morning, since one of those groups took over the kitchen. Other than that, it was a lovely stay."
"An absolute gem! The lodge was clean, well-maintained, and appeared either fairly new or renovated. The countryside was beautiful and serene. The large deck boasted a view of the bay. My husband, sons (ages 17 and 12), and I enjoyed a beautiful hike up the mountain with waterfall and had a relaxing soak in the hot tub before bed. The room was spacious and clean and had a private bathroom. The breakfast looked fresh and appetizing."
