"This was a nice place for a cheap price on a very beautiful piece of property which was very well kept.
Breakfast was offered in the mornings in the pool area, cleaning is available on request just by putting the sign on the door before leaving the room for the day.
Of course, very friendly staff! I will most likely be returning to this hotel when I return in April for songkran festival!"
"I came to Chaing Mai as a sing.e woman for a month to study, and walk or use Grab for transportation as necessary.
This property is fine for people with cars or scooters to get around, but for walkers it is isolated on one side of the canal divided highway. Almost all of the services, stores, 7/11, grocery stores, temples and places of interest are across the highway and walking on the side of the highway where the hotel is located is not easy.
Next to the property is a grand old hotel or...
"Check in quick and efficient
Location in the heart of Nimman
Room comfortable
Breakfast probably the best we’ve had at any hotel
Noise - a bit noisy at night due to the bar opposite
Staff - special thanks to Noot Suri and Chef Kopi for making our stay super enjoyable and smooth . You guys are the best ! "
"It's a very beautiful place to stay.
Lots of flowers and flow of water.
It takes hard work to maintain it and the staff did a great job. Breakfast was just above average, as I considered good enough. "
"The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site.
On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources.
Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am."

"Fabulous hotel with good restaurants, friendly and happy staff, good amenities, gym, pool, bars. Nice location, comfortable beds. Stayed 7 days, but extended two more."
"The hotel greets you with warmth and hospitality from the moment you walk through the door. Staff extremely courteous and responsive. Horizon Lounge was a quiet oasis to relax and enjoy drinks and food. Free parking was an added bonus when it’s common to pay $50 a day or more at many premium hotels."
"It was a wonderful base location for our visit to family. The connecting rooms were convenient providing private spaces when needed. The staff and service was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again."
"Lovely friendly hotel. We had a junior suite which was great for a family of 4. Only minor complaint was that it was quite light in the room overnight even with the curtains shut. "
