Staff were amazing with my kids and spoilt my daughter for her bday with a sweet treat. Everytime we came down lobby or lit they were so polite. Room was fantastic, fold out bed sorted without having to ask. Didn’t need to ask for anything all was sorted for the stay. Thank you team
