"The person on whats app was so helpful and helped me with everything! Sent me a beautiful list of things to do and things to eat, helped me with laundry and booked me a lovely clean safe taxi to airport. Nice breakfast but mattress was a bit uncomfortable and no shower screen meaning bano got a bit wet. There wasnt really a vibe there either, I didnt make any friends. "

"This hotel is so beautiful! The building is so well taken care of, it is hard to believe it is over 300 years old. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, there was nothing that was too much for them. The breakfast was good, but a bit of variety might be nice. "

"Beautiful property and excellent location near Sucre’s main plaza. However, the rooftop restaurant had very limited food and drink options at 9:30 p.m. and told us the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes, so we had to go elsewhere. When we returned around midnight, we were let in, but had to find our room without escort, in complete darkness because the hallways had no lights at all. Fortunately, I had my phone flashlight."
