"The room stunk like a wet rag."

"The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Sudbury with vehicle parking across the street. The hotel is quite dated and is in need of some upgrades. I personally did not feel very safe and would not recommend walking around at night as there are a lot of homelessness in this area. The breakfast was decent however there is no bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and i was allowed to use the staff bathroom. Beds were soft, decor dated but clean. the elevator had a funky smell. the fitness centre did not look appealing - only 2 machines that didnt look like they were properly maintained. "

"I enjoyed my stay however it was a little dirty under the bed beds near the headboards. Beds were comfortable bathroom was clean and neat. Would like to see the whole hallway, carpets wrapped up and replaced with Moore cleaner vinyl flooring. The hotel could use a little renovations in certain areas but overall the stay was great. "

"The bed was comfortable, rooms clean and friendly desk staff. Bar downstairs had friendly staff as well. Only downfall was area was a. It sketcy as many transiants as shelter close by "

"This property was so dated. The sheets weren’t clean or if they were so many stains when you held them up. Very cheap sheets. Bathroom not clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. "

"Everything (cleanliness , staff, breakfast, room, parking) was tip top. There is no elevator, so be sure to request a ground floor room if stairs are an issue. "

"Great location, safe neighborhood, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean, no issues with the room. Breakfast was good and diverse, kitchen attendant was lovely and created a very pleasant atmosphere. All in all, we had a very good experience here, will come again. Thank you!
