"We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs, and the staff went out of their way to arrange a room that would meet his mobility needs. Their kindness and consideration were truly appreciated.
The entire property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized. You can tell that the staff take pride in keeping everything comfortable and welcoming for their guests.
The complimentary breakfast was fairly standard, but one detail really stood out to me: they use real plates and silverware instead of disposable plastic! It may seem like a small thing, but in my opinion, it makes a huge difference and adds a much nicer touch to the breakfast experience.
Both check-in and check-out were extremely easy, quick, and hassle-free.
Overall, we were very impressed with the cleanliness, thoughtful accommodations, and especially the wonderful staff. It's those little extra touches that make a stay memorable.
