Front desk staff was nice and check in/out was quick. The hotel needs to step up their cleaning practices. Dust blowing on the ceiling when heater went off, dirt on walls and carpet and toilet was extremely loose and would wobble. Beds were comfortable and having mini fridge and microwave were a bonus. Thought it had continental breakfast however you save 10% at Perkins. Overall not bad for the cost of the room but won’t book again.

I appreciated the location of the hotel. It is very close to the hospital. I was very happy to learn that Perkins was located in the hotel. An old favourite breakfast place! It was nice to have the fridge in the room. No issues at all.

Yes overall it was nice to be on the first floor with my dog. The sliding doors made it beautiful to get in and out to let her go to the washroom and get to my car if I needed to. It's a great pet friendly hotel. Which are hard to come by. The menu was large and easy to go pick up the food from the restaurant. You also get a discount if you order room service. Which is a bonus!

We were greeted upon our arrival. Even tho it says 3pm, we were able to go in at 2:30. Room was clean but lots of big “ink” stains on carpet and floor in bathroom was full of hair Parking was a little tricky since the big snow storm but we managed. Breakfast is always a hit.
