"Our favourite staff member was the cheerful and welcoming Lintang. Giving everyone a high five...remembering names...even a hug. He is worth his weight in gold for tourists. Kojek was also very helpful when our boat transfer was delayed. Our room was great but the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Your hotel was the perfect spot to arrive to in Bali and introduce my friends to the possibilities. Our chairs on the beach were not close by but your staff there was also friendly and helpful. Water stations to fill our water bottles was appreciated. I would highly recommend your hotel to others "

"This is our 4th stay in 2 years! The staff here are incredible! They remember our daughter every time - Dhikha Ayu Teju omg theres so many to name Yuki Diah Komang Debbie we just are always so blown away at the incredible genuine and warm welcome we get at this resort. The facilities are SO clean, the standards are super high and everytime we go there's an area being upgraded or renovated! There is literally a man diving in the mornings to scrub and clean the pool tiles - I've never seen anything like it - the attention to detail by management and staff is incredible. We always try to change it up by trying a different resort each trip (we lovr Bali so try going often) and each trip we realise time and time again how superior this resort is. "

"Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. "Friendly and always helpful staff, great slide for kids infants/primary age, in house kids spa so hair braiding/nails can be done for a descent price while you can stay in hotel but rooms are great and large for price. "
