"Our regular stay while in White River Junction. Affordable, dependable, clean, comfortable, near highway, restaurants, and activities. Pool area, bar, and breakfast were all great. We got stuck here in an ice storm once while traveling with another family and our dog. We were more than comfortable and able to enjoy the pool and lounge area. The staff was accommodating and flexible. Had a great time."

"This place is very cute and magical. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the little treasures - knights and fairies - they found around the house and even outside. They loved discovering new games to play with. Upon arrival we found the inside of the house clean and prepared for us. The kitchen was well equipped and we had fun preparing good food for all. The house is surrounded by trees, which makes the inside quite dark, but there were many lights to brighten the rooms. We did not find any broom or vacuum cleaner to clear the entry area of sand and dirt we brought in. From the house we could walk to a small public beach at the end of Goose Pond for swimming and fishing. A bike ride along Goose Pond towards the boat landing on the North side was possible with our small children due to little traffic. And only a few miles away is the Trailhead to Mt. Cardigan, an easy hike to the top taking the West Trail.Adding to the outside space around the house we are wondering if it could be possible to set up a picnic table to sit in the sun, serve meals and enjoy the fresh air. Overall we had a really nice time. Thank you to our hosts!"

"Charming 4 bedroom single bath cottage. Lots of books and games from which to select. Comfy beds. Good water pressure. Ice cream shop was within in walking distance. AC works fine. All in all a great stay!"

"Here's a polished review you can post:We had an amazing stay at this cabin with our family during the 4th of July weekend. The location is excellent, and everything was just perfect. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We were able to enjoy every single moment together, making wonderful family memories. We truly appreciated our time here and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay. We can't wait to come back!"

"Felt like home. They do a great job offering events and music on 5he property. We had a tacos and tequila night. The beach just across the street is very accommodating with plenty 9f swim and boat gear. Great firepits for the campers to hang around and made good friends. The cabins are great but could use some updating and a little more cooking staples. Newer owners will probably remedy as they are always looking to improve."

"Adequate space for all guests and overall a great vacation. The host was very responsive and onsite support was excellent. Some minor issues related to the following:1. Some lights either did not work, or we could not find where to turn them on/off2. The remote control/s for the TV, cable box and DVR were confusing e.g. we think there were 2 remotes for the TV/cable box (1 to turn them on/off and one to control the volume?)3, Lots of ticks on property - not sure what you can do about that4. Pool is great, but the area is very hot and humid (maybe due to the weather that week?)5. There was a smell of gas at times in the large TV room in the basement as well a smell of burnt firewood (the latter may be due to being asked to keep the fireplace flue openOverall, the place needs some minor renovations but as mentioned above, we had a great time."
