Check in is 4pm. We thought there would be somewhere to leave our bags in the lobby but there wasn’t so had to walk back to the train station to store them. The oven had the previous tenants dirty dishes and also broken glass on the deck. Not cleaned properly! A very small room, nice bathroom. Check out is 10am

Happy to have stayed in EcoSmart Premium. Check in on app is pretty straight forward. Location is convenient with easy access to cental station. Building and room are clean and smart. The only thing disappointment is one missing set of towels as we are three in a room but only two sets are available. Other than that, I'm happy with the stay.

Great alternative to hotel in Nuremberg

A fairly new and updated property with all the conveniences including digital keys for all doors, fast wifi, good controllable heating, dishwasher, large fridge, rain shower, balcony, laundry room for pay with an app. Bedding for the sofa bed was also available and ready. This apartment faced the courtyard and was super quiet. Although the property is not in the nicest of areas, it is centrally located, 2 tram stops (3 minute walk to the tram station) from the Central Station and entrance to the old town. A bakery, supermarket and a couple restaurants are a couple of blocks away. The only disappointment was the bed. The most awful “mattress”, if you can call it that, was a thin piece of terrible foam on top of a sofa upholstery. For the cost per night, without any cleaning or change of towels or sheets included, I would expect a decent normal bed with a normal mattress.

Check in is suppose to be 4pm. We arrive on time. But had to wait another 45 minutes as room was not ready. At it’s middle of city had to parking somewhere else. No one on site to contact - had to ring many times and not getting answers Also digital key for garage kept disappearing Room was wet when we arrived and not dried

This place is amazing. Besides being spotlessly clean its very modern, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Its a short distance from the main train station and on a quiet street. Highly recommend it.

Very Helpful Staff!

Very Nice Modern Place , had a problem with the A/C in my first Room, they promptly sent a Maintenance Man but he couldn’t fix . So the gave me an even nicer room upgradet me to a sweet! Over pretty nice place.
