"Worst experience in my history of joining Expedia since they began operations in the 1990s.!! 7 contact tries with Motel 6 Rigby, reservations and call answer service was awful. Lock boxes to access rooms, no service counter response. Left frustrated at 11pm to find another hotel, will never use another Motel 6. The whole corporation gets a zero score based on this one location."

"The room was beautifully decorated in keeping with the lodge name. All necessary facilities were available and we enjoyed a comfortable stay particularly the soft bed. Air conditioning was fair. Parking was just outside the room. The downside for us when we arrived was no hostess onsite. Having an e-sim in our iPhones, we had no way of contacting our hostess and it was left to another guest to lend their USA phone to get access to our room during office hours. This would be a problem for all other overseas guests with e-sims. Unless the host has WhatsApp e-sim guests cannot phone through to get access codes. "

"The property was clean and functional. Good quality furniture. Well maintained. The front door lock was a little tricky during our stay. The water pressure was lower than we're used to, and when combined with the tankless water heater, made it a little difficult to control the water temperature. Still well worth the price and way better than a hotel."
