Unmatched hospitality! The Royal Purnama truly was the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location was perfect as a central hub for much of Bali. The staff are exceptional!! The rooms are very clean and the grounds are well-maintained. Highly recommend!! We can’t wait to stay here again

Stayed in the Cempaka unit. It was spacious. Loved the indoor/outdoor bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. The on-site dining options were delicious. Chef’s kiss was being serenaded during dinner. Amazing location, very peaceful and beautiful.

LOVED the staff and the property was LOVELY. My only complaint is the location. I asked Expedia to show me properties in Seminyak. This location in NOT in Seminyak. It is actually at least an hour drive away from any activities that my friends and I wanted to do. However, the property had easy access to drivers. My group used Ketut and he was AMAZING.

Excellent service and exceptional accommodations. The complimentary morning rooftop yoga was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All of the added touches made this an extra special romantic getaway.

Relaxation hotel

We selected this hotel as first stop in Bali, mainly for rest and to get used to head and jetlag. Was a perfect choice for our objectives. Nice place, friendly staff, small but nice pool area.

Had a really good time at this resort, it located on the outskirts a little away from the city so it's quiet and serene, that's the best part. The resorts ambience is amazing, they have private pool villas, A restaurant inside the resort. I highly recommend.

Extremely nice staff, the office manger Laksmi was outstanding. This hotel is customer centric, even the general manager Mr Berry takes care of everything and customer confort, what is really nice about this hotel, everything is customer is centric. We came to Bali after a period of heavy rain, they were some trouble about the room but the staff was extremely reactive that everything was fixed very quickly. I strongly recommend The Royal Purnama

I was traveling to Bali with a group of friends and absolutely loved it. The property and villa were stunning. Felt so spoiled from the start with help with our luggage and being greeted by a delicious drink and nuts from the get go. You have a beautiful view of a black sand beach and rice paddies. The restaurant was absolutely delicious. The staff was also so helpful, welcoming, and personable. Would recommend getting a massage because that was probably the best massage all of us had ever had. The only thing is you definitely need a driver to explore outside the hotel, which the hotel will help with. Would love to come back and will recommend

Serenity with a view!

Words can't express how amazing this property was. From the time I arrived to help with transportation to each and every meal was top notch. The grounds were amazing and clean with constant grooming and changing of towels and organizing sitting areas. The staff was very attentive and friendly and a few live events were at supper time thought the week. It was very quiet all around so if you are looking for a party crowd maybe not your place. The spa was amazing but I only had time for a regular massage as I didn't book soon enough for some of the other treatments I was lookin for. I will absolutly book this property again the next visit to Bali!

Disappointed!!! Multiple Gekos in room which kept making loud noises throughout night with very poor sleep for us.Droppings could be seen in room. Despite multiple complaints, nothing concrete was done. They said it is expected given the location. If we wanted to put up with critters, we would have booked a camping tent. Utterly disgraceful given their claims about “first class facility “. Would not return or recommend unless u were willing to be rough it out at exorbitant cost.

There is not much more to say about The Royal Purnama than believe all of the reviews that you see. It is a beautiful, peaceful, tranquil location where you can totally relax. The food served by the restaurant at all times of the day is outstanding. The service from the staff...fantastic. The location is idyllic, far away from the hustle and bustle of the busy, more populated Balinese streets and influencer poses. This a resort for couples who want to relax, be treated with a touch o class and sophistication and be spoiled by great service in a beautiful location. Thank you to the staff at The Royal Purnama. A special thankyou to Puspa and Jaya for their excellent service.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever booked. Quiet and peaceful in a romantic setting. We stayed four nights in one of the Cempaka Villas which featured a king size four post bed, spa-like bathroom, kitchenette, and our own private swimming pool. It was luxurious. The grounds are meticulously kept and walking around the resort felt like a walk through paradise. The restaurant featured a variety of foods, including local cuisine, and it was all fantastic, including the free breakfast. The black sand beach was gorgeous, and although we didn’t swim in the ocean (the waves were quite strong) we did walk along the beach and wade in the warm water. The newly opened Moonstone beach club, adjacent to but connected to the Royal Purnama, had a hip vibe, a large swimming area and plenty of cabanas and loungers to relax while overlooking the black sand beach. The staff may have been the best part of our experience. They were all so friendly and accommodating. We truly felt as though they were there to help make our experience the best it could be-prompt, professional, and always courteous. Their smiles and friendly demeanor were contagious. They helped arrange spa services on-site, dinner reservations, excursions, and local transport. The location, while not in the midst of the Bali party scene was convenient to the airport, harbor (for Nusa Peneida excursions), and Ubud cultural sites. Special shoutout to Angga who spent a day touring us around! And Nita!
