"Nja, det var en besvikelse. Vi fick först ett rum, litet men med hyfsad balkong. Så bytte hon och gav oss ett annat. Där hade hon satt upp lakan, så att man inte kunde se ut. Rummen var ytterst små.Mitt tips är att du väljer något annat boende i Sakusan. Samt att du enbart bokar max en natt. Bokar du längre, så är du låst vid den bokningen. Vi bokade en vecka. "The hotel was good, but the customer service could use some help. There was no designated person for the hotel above the restaurant. It was annoying having to bother the waiters to ask for things like wifi or more towels and they usually didn't know what was going on. The rooms are nice with plenty of space and had a view of the water."
