"Breakfast was good but need to make it a buffet where you choose what to eat than bringing stuff you don't like. No telephone service in bedroom, no air-conditioning. "

The property was easy to find and decorated beautifully, I was able to check in early and my room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and suited me perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and my overall experience was lovely. Tirana is a great city and I think this hotel is the perfect place to stay to experience it. "The hotel is a 2 or a 3 star hotel as there are a lot of things that need to be changed. Firstly there wasn’t any toiletries in the bathroom and when even asked not because I needed it but just in case the staff said they don’t have also no coffee or tea in the room and to now make everything was the breakfast was not good at all everything was so cold. To me the only good thing about this hotel is just the location nothing else. "
