"Posizione comoda, appartamento pulito e con tutti i comfort, non mancava nulla, dal sapone per i piatti al ghiaccio in freezer per le gite... forse un po'piccolo per quattro persone, fortunatamente non è piovuto e abbiamo potuto usufruire del terrazzo per mangiare all'aperto senza dover ogni volta chiudere il divano letto. Alla fine comunque si può facilmente aprire e chiudere al bisogno."

"Casale Giacinta is a fabulous property nestled among the olive groves. It’s a great location to explore Abruzzo from and only half an hour’s drive from some fantastic beaches. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped and the pool was fabulous. Signora Giacinta was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!"

"Everything was great with one exception. We were not warned that the building heating system was turned off for the season. On the first few days of our stay in late May the weather was quite cold. We contacted building management and they were very helpful in supplying a portable electric heater to take the edge off the cold."

The facilities are excellent, the pool is a delight, surrounding area has a wealth of things to do - e-biking on the coast, walking in the mountains, picturesque mountain villages, hill-top towns like Penne and Chieti, wonderful food (the ice cream!). "The location of this property in Sulmona is great for getting around to nearby cities (we had a car), walking to restaurants and/or stores or just for an evening pasegiatta along the main street and piazzas. It’s a great, walkable town with wonderful, friendly locals that make you feel right at home. The wifi in the unit is great!
