Country house heated pool 15 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan

Our house in local stone is situated in the countryside, in a peaceful hamlet, 15 minutes from Vannes, Morbihan Gulf and the beaches of the Rhuys peninsula. Enjoy the heated pool and the park of 4800 m2. 200m you can take the road to St Jacques de Compostela for pleasant walks.
The pool is private and heated (29 °) from mid-May to late September and you have the exclusivity.
We live on site and will not fail to inform you about the sights and landmark on our pretty department.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen in the large and small white goods (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster ... , Lounge / dining room with wood stove and toilet.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, the 2nd with 2 single beds; a shower room with toilet; closet.
On the terrace you will have the garden furniture and barbecue.

Serene, comfortable cottage with beautiful pool and gardens

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly hosts with lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Extremely well equipped. The cottage was with in short distances if many beautiful villages and towns. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Beautiful Holiday House!

Corinne & Philippe's holiday home is beautiful. Very secluded, everything you could want is there including a wonderful outdoor space with private pool & eating area. Only a short drive to immensities such a supermarkets, fuel etc and the beach 15 minutes away. Should you need them Corinne & Philippe are just next door but don't impose in any way at all. Highly recommend for both 1 or 2 weeks holiday. We LOVED it!👍

Wonderful Stay

The property exceeded our expectations. The cottage was lovely and homely and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was large and comfortable and as the area was so quiet, we slept wonderfully. The pool area (which you have exclusive use of between 10am and 10pm) is simply stunning and the gardens, including the private garden attached to the cottage, are thoughfully laid out and very private. Consequently, we spent most of our week outdoors, swimming, dining and relaxing. Parking was easy and right next to the cottage and there are lots of fabulous locations to visit close by making this the ideal place to stay on a visit to the area. Thank you to Corinne and Philippe for being such wonderful hosts; we had a fabulous stay and would love to visit again some day.

Sommes satisfaits de notre séjour. La maison est décorée avec goût avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons peu profité de la piscine car le temps n'a pas été totalement clément. Dommage car la partie piscine est très joliment arrangée et nous en avons eu l'exclusivité. L'endroit est très calme et permet de se ressourcer. Nous avons été bien accueillis par les sympathiques propriétaires et un livret fourni sur la région nous a permis de visiter les bons endroits.

Heerlijke week op prachtige plek.

Fantastische week gehad. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn werkelijk prachtig! Perfect onderhouden door ontzettend vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Het huis is ook fijn, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Misschien wat aan de donkere kant maar dit wordt door de (overkapte) buiten verblijf opties gecompenseerd en houdt het huis lekker koel. Het dorpje zelf is niet meer dan een paar huizen maar in de omgeving is heel veel moois te ontdekken op tien tot 20 minuten rij afstand.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen

wir haben eine tolle Woche auf diesem schönen Anwesen verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten mit dem Pool hat das Ganze perfekt gemacht. Es gibt so viel zu sehen, Palmen, Hortensienbüsche und vieles mehr. Alles ist so liebevoll gestaltet. Wir wurden von Eva herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können diese Lokation sehr empfehlen.

Arbre à soie parfumé, bananiers, palmiers, piscine, le tout dans un écrin de verdure au calme à la campagne où tout est bien aménagé, conforme aux photos. Repos assuré. Ce petit coin de paradis est au centre de nombreux sites à visiter : Belle Île, golfe du Morbihan, Presqu’île de Rhuys, Vannes et bien d’autres…que dire : à recommander sans hésiter ! Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans cette maison typique, bien équipée. Un petit jardin au calme est attenant à la maison et la partie piscine est magnifique, un écrin de verdure, dépaysant. La piscine est chauffée et propre. Les hôtes sont charmants et très discrets. Plages à 20 minutes en voiture. Bref, difficile d'en partir !

Fantastic holiday let, clean and well equipped.

We had a fantastic time in Sulniac, it was an excellent base for exploring all the beautiful surrounding areas. After a hot day exploring it was lovely to come back for a swim in the very lovely heated and clean pool. The hosts were very attentive we had an issue with the WiFi and it was sorted ASAP. Due to the language barrier we communicated via messenger on vrbo and they were very responsive. Couldn't ask for more and we had a fantastic holiday.

Schönes kleines Haus mit liebevollen Details und herrlichem Pool

Wir haben die 3 Wochen in Sulniac sehr genossen. Das Haus und vor allem der Pool sind ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Entfernung zum Meer war mit ca 35 min Autofahrt allerdings etwas weit. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und obwohl sie nebenan wohnen, hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Südbretagne und kommen sicher wieder. Wir können das Domizil weiterempfehlen!

Accueil très sympathique de la part de nos hôtes. Corinne est une excellente guide touristique, pétillante et qui vous fera aimer la Bretagne. Elle sera vous indiquer les lieux à ne pas manquer et vous ne serez pas déçu par le Golfe du Morbihan qui recèle de paysages somptueux. Plonger après votre visite dans la piscine avec une vue paradisiaque au calme incomparable. Magnifique séjour que nous recommandons aux amoureux de la nature et à la recherche d'un séjour que vous n'oublierez pas de si tôt.
