- Unique wilderness retreat in the Arbuckle Mountains. 420 Friendly. Pet friendly with pre-approval. No WIFI. Unplug. Unwind. Reconnect. Approximately 20 acres of wildlife viewing and over a mile of hiking trails including a historic bridge. No light pollution. Plenty of open space for stargazing. This retreat welcomes you to explore nature close up.
The open concept, high ceiling cabin features rustic wood finishes mixed with refined elegance. There's a fully equipped kitchen + a grill and fire pit/wood. Allow yourself some whimsy by sleeping in our comfy, full-size bunk beds. Also, the futon is a good spot for the kids. Linens, blankets and pillows are provided.
Enjoy bright views from the many windows. Or step out to one of the covered porches and listen to what nature has to say. Since the cabins are elevated, there's equal space underneath for hanging out. Whether you're enjoying one of the swings or gathering at the picnic table for games. This space is an all-time favorite spot, especially when it's raining. Be sure and bring the fixin's for s'mores to enjoy fireside after a day of adventure.
Our modern bathrooms are centrally located with commercial toilets, rain head showers and plenty of towels. Please bring your own towels if you plan to visit nearby Lake of the Arbuckles, Turner Falls or the Chickasaw National Recreation area. This terrific cabin offers a superb retreat where guests can unplug, unwind and reconnect. Enjoy all that the Arbuckles have to offer when you stay at Rock Creek Retreat.
