The bed was very hard the way it was setup was like a jail bed just with a thin mattress..

Terrible experience, Lazy staff who lie to customers about moving them to a room with working A/C when the hotel is empty. Very rude and unprofessional manager

Came for worķ , had issues with job and had to keep extending ,, manger was very accomdating , gave buisness rate on multiple rooms even though we could not book the whole stay at once ,, a/c and tv had issuues , both were resolved quickly without inconvienace , will be returning for work with even larger crew and will definatly be booking here , manager even gave cell number if i had any problems ,, actually appreciates customers , pleasant change , i travel alot and that is not usually the case with econmy or extrended stay hotels ,, friendliest helpful staff , i was just really surprized ,, and pool was open too ,,,

Not a good place
Very unhappy!! Made reservations 10pm on the 3rd. Arrived at 2am. No one was behind the desk to help. Eventually after 2 hours on the phone with customer service I'm waiting to see how they make it right..I also paid for insurance!! I'll keep y'all posted how hotels. Com handles it.

Very disappointing stay!
The check in hostess Deisha was nice. The room service hostess beat hard on the door twice and did not identify herself as room service, before opening our room at 10am not 11am.Then she was rude! There was roaches in the room. The pool was a green color!

I was not happy about my stay ..when I got to my room and layed in the bed there were fleas and bugs in my bed ..I called the front desk and told them they said I had to talk to management so I call the next morning when I woke up early and called and told her the manger was very rude and disrespectful ..while sitting in the lobby wasn’t on my ride the manger was very rude to the coustmers and there is no public restroom in there for coustmers..I will not being staying back at that hotel ..the lady never offered me a free night because of the bug issue in my bed or even offered to refound me..

Do not recommend
We booked this room for 2 nights and we’re unable to stay due to a roach infestation. And unclean room. Checked out same day as check in. The hotel did refund our money.

Man this manger is so nice and the staff movede rooms 3 times for other reasons i wont say but over this a good hotel and im working here so the manger gave me a good discount

Room had roaches that they knew about. Window open up. Refrigerator did not work. Strong odors in rooms. Walls are thin and so are floors. It’s like being in a house. Cleaning lady has swifter on her cart but you can tell the floors have not been cleaned. The air conditioner gives of a electrical smell. Tubs have stains. I wiped of the chairs myself and that had never been cleaned. Water damage to some the property and a hole on the corner of the building making it easy for this things to crawl in. The only thing going for it is that you can bring your dogs. Unfortunately mine was pleased due to being able to hear they other dogs bark as they passed each other. This place needs to be closed and renovated properly. Especially for what was being charged.

Hidden fees. They are pet friendly but charged $25 for our service dog & then put a $140 hold ON TOP of what I paid for the room for the night. Too much money!! The door at the end of the hall was stuck & some unsavory people hanging round it.
