"What a charming cabin and wonderful host! Debi has thought of everything her guests could need (even had new toothbrushes and toothpaste in case we were without) and added wonderful touches - like a variety of snacks in the kitchen, lots of information about local things to do, candles in the rooms, etc. This is a perfect location for anyone interested in visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park. Definitely recommend and would stay again."

"The hotel is nice and clean. Staff was not friendly. Workout room existed, but no towels or water and equipment was pretty old. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Location is on the main road, but really no place to walk or eat."

"Home was very clean with minimal clutter. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and store our things. Area was quiet. We did experience a PG&E power outage, which was not the owners fault. I’d recommend having a propane camping stove for cooking food and more wood for the wood stove in the event of a future power outage. There was a battery pack to keep fridge running for a short period."

"Very nice property, just as listed, owner communicated very well. Kitchen and bathrooms well accommodated. We did not have to use the heating system, but it appears fairly new and maintained.We greatly enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at night with comfortable outdoor chairs. We brought plenty of firewood and sat outside for hours under the stars.Surprised by the number of other homes in close proximity but none seemed occupied during our stay. Certainly a vacation home neighborhood.I would consider returning in the winter with plenty of snow. The house would be cozy and warm, snow play at your doorstep and the board game, and puzzle selection is unmatched."

"The house was in a beautiful location. Close to Lassen National Park. The view outside the dining area was so nice to look out at, you are set towards the back with a view of the forest. The house has plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen had just the bare essentials. The host was nice. The house wasn't super clean, it was okay."

"Charming, cozy, vintage-style cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the tree-lined Pacific Coast Trail and the Lassen National Park entrance. The cabin is decorated with warmth and character. It’s filled with rustic wood furniture, some vintage lamps, a classic oven, and a retro refrigerator. The couches with warm fleece blankets sit across from a wood-burning stove. The upstairs bedroom had the most comfortable bed, and the upstairs bathroom has a claw foot bathtub. The place has a delightful smell of cedar wood. You can access the Pacific Coast Trail from the backyard. It’s surrounded by tall pine trees and some redwoods. The host Jill was helpful and accessible. The cabin was so wonderful and peaceful, we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay again!"
