"Visiting ON from MI, stay thru PM was great, then AM service poor?, coffee pot in room was defective, asked desk for replacement, a no show, so patiently returned to desk, where it was suggested I go to town for coffee? Otherwise, a nice facility and great visit"

"Did a cross Canada trip and this was our last leg. Certainly our best hotel stay during the week! We stayed with our dog so appreciated the large parking lot with lots of grassy areas and space to walk your pup around the hotel. 2 Bedroom Downtown and near Waterfront
"If I could put zero I would. Bedroom had droplets of blood on the floor and a long fingernail behind bedroom door. Droplets of blood on the wall by the bed. Used soap in the shower. Dirty. Unsanitary. Please avoid."
