"What a wonderfully private place....as long as the house next door stays unoccupied though even if occupied, there's plenty of privacy. I didn't stay in the tower bedroom, didn't want to negotiate the curved staircase, but the other bedroom in the separate building was very comfortable. Having to go outside to get to the bathroom was actually kind of fun, though I was lucky to have mild temps. I do wish there was a proper shower added to the tub room but I managed alright being careful. It was a bit ironic to have signs to be "water-wise" and then have a deep tub. However, whatever complaints I might have are more than countered by how special the whole place is!"

"* The place was spotless when we arrived.* Each floor was pretty complete for one family - privacy or togetherness when wanted.* Very well equipped.* Awesome view from the deck, especially sunsets.* The grandkids loved the toys, tipi, and just exploring. (Adults, too!)* I saw some chess lessons going on at the outdoor chess board.* It was handy being fairly close to town, and many other destinations.* We didn't end up using the hot tub or theater (or even TVs) but if they are like everything else there, they are excellent.* We experienced no issues, but updated Jason several times and he was quite responsive.* With 3 cars (3 families - us, 2 sons & families), parking took some flexibility but never particularly hindered us."

"Beautiful setting for a week of unplugging and enjoying nature on Orcas Island. Loved having three bedrooms and especially the loft master bedroom with spectacular views was wonderful. Location is was perfect, giving us access to Eastsound and both sides of the island but still feeling secluded, remote and relaxing."

"Perfect spot on Orcas! Great location, clean with all amenities. It was perfect for our family and our dog. It’s rare to find a dog-friendly spot that isn’t run down but this was a total gem. The couches and beds were comfortable and clean. It was excellent!"

"The views of the water from this property are truly amazing. Very clean, a bit dated with regards to furniture/furnishings but good mattresses and updated bathrooms. Follow VRBO directions as google maps does not take you to the correct location, could be a bit challenging to find if in the dark. Lovely place for vacation and perfect spot on the island."
