"It was an excellent place to stay for a long weekend of Showchoir competitions. The night staff who checked us is, Margo, was like a family member, welcoming us to her home ! The breakfast were delicious and the people who prepared them were so kind. The happy hour gentleman was funny and wonderful to even the kids. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was not open yet and it was unseasonably warm—but area is beautiful where it is set! Close and easy access to the Grand Ole Opry. Only 12 minutes away! "

"Like a motel, sheets had holes in them, found a bug on the wall. People running down the hallway screaming at 2am. Hotel room was outdated, dirty and wall paint was chipped. "

"Didn’t really see the staff, there was only one person at the desk checking ppl in and answering the phone, the hotel smelled like marijuana, the door to the hotel was never locked people could walk in and out. It was a lot going on too much to type "

"The room was clean. The room air conditioner was very loud. Made it hard to sleep the first and second night. The front desk was notified when I left. "

"Room was very clean, only problem is for two days in a row I had to spend time standing in line to have my room key reset. This was very inconvenient and disappointing that the staff is not trained well enough to set up a room key correctly."
