"Room numbers and not chronological and easy to understand. The hallways rugs are old and unclean The bathroom conditions in the room are just not upgraded Aesthetics once you get up on room corridors is just dated and frankly a bit scary. Tv in room is like a computer monitor Coffee in room was old "

"Fridge froze everything and no ability to turn it down. Coffee machine was dirty. No glasses in room. Bed was good with clean sheets and towels ok. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was disappointing. Did not use pool or hot tub. "

"I stayed 3 times in a 10 day period. On my last night the room I stayed in had roaches. Other 2 visits were fine but I won’t go back. I can’t do bugs. "

"Check in took 30+ mins with 2 guests in front of us. Front desk clerk was very slow, seemed confused at times, spoke softly & mumbled from behind a glass window, and even with the long line - decided it was a good idea to take a personal phone call and multitask while we all waited. Appears some hallways have fresh paint & carpet, but our particular room was rundown and desperately needed a remodel/update. Noticed that with last remodel done from years ago, they didn't remove the old tub, just placed another on top of it. Bizarre - Husbands head was literally at the ceiling while showering."

"Breakfast was way overpriced for what was served. Many free breakfasts have more variety. Don’t bother, just go to a diner. Room had only one outlet at nightstand and that was after unplugging clock. I needed two. Room curtains do not block light at all. "
