"I understand that in these hard times companies need to make cuts but these were nuts. Slide was down which after taking to people in the door turns out that is always the case and when I saw how dirty the pools were in made sense that isn’t where the owner likes to put their money. The room didn’t even have a mini fridge but an ironing board…. Think about what people use more, water damage on the ceiling and the loudest bathroom door ever like seriously just grease it and put keys along with the other guess kept not working on the pool door or outside doors and you could tell it was because the doors themselves were so run door. The staff was great and doing the best with what their greedy corporation is giving them to work with but my guess is they definitely need to be making more with the amount of apologizes they have to give. Wouldn’t recommend "

"Clean room, Friendly staff. On-site restaurant with pub. Check in process is automatic and can be confusing for older travellers. But the on-site team will help when called upon."

"Wi-Fi was a little spotty and some places other places was great. There was a $15 charge that I was not aware of that should be explained before check-in that it was a great experience and my kids had a fun time."

"Room was fine for one night only. Cabinet handle to fridge left visible grease in my hand, Bathroom walls were missing paint. No stoppers on either the tub or sink. "

"Quick and easy check-in. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated that I could keep the room dark and cool. Centrally located. Would stay here again!"

"The hotel over all seems ok! We have noticed lately that many hotels are not very clean anymore. This was definitely the case here! There were so many long dark hair in the beds and bathroom! And the tub had many short hair in it as well! So gross! "
