Sleeping up to 4 guests, Villager #1240 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Sun Valley condo. This Idaho mountain town is an alpine lover’s dream, overflowing with family-friendly activities, outdoor activities, and unfathomable beauty. Guests will enjoy the luxury touches of this condo.
As you come up to the condo, there is a large deck with a table, 4 chairs, an umbrella, an outdoor sofa, and an electric grill. Step inside to find the inviting living room with a cozy couch and 2 comfortable armchairs. The pale wood paneling and architectural beams add an elevated twist to this rustic setting. The 55” Smart TV is perfect for streaming a favorite movie or show. Around the corner is a well-appointed kitchen, featuring top-end appliances. Whip up a nutritious dinner to recharge after a day of activities and dine at the 4-person table. Or prepare a tasty meal on the grill and dine al fresco on the spacious deck. After eating, enjoy a nightcap and the warm summer evenings on the comfy outdoor sofa.
Head upstairs for sleeping accommodations when it is time to turn in for the night. Guests can choose from a primary bedroom with a king bed or a guest bedroom with a queen bed. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo, which the two bedrooms share, and an additional bathroom on the main level with a single sink and a shower. The washer and dryer in the hallway are useful for longer stays. A whirlwind Sun Valley vacation awaits at Villager #1240.

Sun Valley Amenities offer access to the Sun Valley Inn Pool and Olympic Pool during the summer and the Inn Pool in the winter, and a 15% discount on Sun Valley Activities, including Tennis & Pickleball Court Fees, package price at the Gun Club, and a one-hour trail ride at the Sun Valley Stables. This Sun Valley Amenity Pass also offers preferential tee times and the hotel rate at the Sun Valley Golf Course. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.

*Sun Valley Amenity passes are limited to a maximum of 5 per home.

*Access to the SV Lodge Pool & Fitness Center, The Spa & The Spa Fitness Center, and the Sun Valley Inn Fitness Center is excluded.

Complex Features: Guests can easily explore the area and surrounding attractions. The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the main lot for 1 vehicle.

To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking, pets, service animals, and emotional support animals are not allowed. Service animals are welcome in most Alpine Lodging properties. Please call our office if you are traveling with a service animal so we can help you find the best property for your stay. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice updated condo close to the Village. The main floor updates are very nice. The kitchen is one of the nicest I've been in for a short-term rental in Sun Valley. The upstairs bedrooms are on the smaller side, but were more than adequate for our party. In the summer, it would be a nice walk or bike ride to the Village or into town. During our winter stay, we chose to drive over to the Village and into town. We have stayed many times with Alpine Lodging now, and have always had a good experience with them. They are very responsive to questions/problems when they arise.
