"The property is very quiet. It was just me and my wife. Not a real party resort. Good music by the pool by building 5. The food was by far the best I've had in all the resorts I have been to. I've been to cancun punta cana st martin Jamaica and the food here was superb. The sushi at the Izakaya was amazing. The steak at the castle view was beyond tasty. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Always friendly always ready to make sure you are comfortable."

"We were right off crane beach- the access is a few minutes walk. Michael is so very responsive. And checks in several times to make sure things are going well for us. He left a thoughtful binder of local haunts, recommended historical spots, great vendors for watersports and activities. Definitely would reach out to Michael again!"

We had everything we need for our stay, store was about 10 min away. host was easy to reach, so as property manager, very welcoming people. Would stay at this property again. I reccomend. "This trip was a dream come true! 10/10.Myself and my husband stayed for 16 nights last month(May), it was exactly what we needed. We aren’t into the party scene so staying in St Phillip is perfect for us.We hired a car from Mr T’s and that was flawless. Hiring a car meant we could come and go whenever and wherever. We met David at the villa and he was nothing but caring and welcoming and most helpful throughout our stay.Every single morning I couldn’t wait to open the roller blinds to see what the sky had to offer and listen to the waves crashing on the rocks below while sipping my morning coffee. It’s very cool and breezy(quite windy at times too).The pool was used every day and is perfect.I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, it’s well equipped with everything you’ll need. We used the BBQ several times too.If you want to see panoramic views every day and prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle - You won’t be disappointed. Our only negatives are:The kitchen equipment could do with a little upgrade.We had a few baby centipedes in the bathrooms over the time there. We know not to touch them because they’ll sting you."

"This is a very cozy rental and is decent value for money. The race track across the street can be a little annoying but if you're not staying in often you'll get over it. The Internet is a little unreliable and the seating is not very friendly for business travelers who may have to use a laptop. Otherwise it's a solid space. "
