"This apartment was the perfect place for our month stay in AZ as we were escaping MN winter. It was just as the pictures show - nicely decorated and modern. The beds were very comfortable and Connie and Rick were both excellent hosts. We had our motorcycle with us and they gave us several great suggestions on where to ride. "

"We stayed at the house for 6 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. Our host Karen was great ! Answered questions, very flexible and so easy to work with which was greatly appreciated. The house is spacious, super clean and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. Nice neighborhood and location worked well for us. We had family join us for a week and they loved it too. The pool was a bit chilly but nice for a quick dip and then enjoyed the lovely hot tub. Having a washer & dryer was also a big plus. Would definitely recommend this host and this house. "

"We had a very difficult time with communication with the host planner. We sent several emails to determine the address of where we were staying and received no communication or phone number offered for us to call and discuss the accommodations in the final 24 hours prior to check in. We were visiting from another state in difficult circumstances and were very upset by the lack of communication. We were trying to ascertain the complex we had rented not the unit number. We simply need to be sure we had access and were near our required location due to family health circumstances. "
