For the next 24 hours I was saddened to think that this special hostelry had been neglected year after year to better a bottom line. I remembered the strong commitment of a Bill Marriott to the guest experience in his hotels and concluded and missed that same commitment in this Wyndham/Ramada brand. That said, the kind ladies at the front desk did their best to welcome us and the room was neatly cleaned."
