"Breakfast options were good, parking availability was good (was unaware that you have to pay for parking now), staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was with the fridge; they use energy saving fridge that will shut off if you don't use it correctly. But front desk helped us figure it out."

"I dint get the chance to use the kitchen but I’ve restroom did noticed the hair dryer don’t work at all and the room had its little touch it needed but the think that effected me the most was the smell was horrible smelled a lot like cigarettes. The staffing etc was great other wise of the smell and hair dryer no issues everything else was perfect for the prize "

"It’s a room to stay that’s cheap. It’s not dirty but room service isn’t really a thing. Your towels won’t get replenished and beds won’t get made but it’s a place to stay if you’re going to mostly be out. "

"I was there on April 11th, Saturday. At night it was about 9:30–10:00 pm. My room was on the ground floor. I heard guests from us stairs running and it was loud my ceiling was shaking i couldn’t sleep. I called front desk, and explained to him. He said he would go check it out. Then i hear the noise again it was worse i got scared i thought people upstairs were mad that u complained. I then call the gentleman at the front desk again and told him i am from room 201.. he was like “ okkk how can i help you with absolutely cranky and annoyed mood”!!! and was asking him were people upstairs mad at me because the noise got worse. And I told him i couldn’t sleep because ir was loud. The hotel staff responded “there is no one running up there” I said: “i heard it i have video record” and would you come in here and listen to it”? Hotel staff; No..!! and then said what do you want me to do?? this is hotel people will run amd people will walk..!! i then asked him what if you do if you were me he said; i would put the fan on..!!!!!!!! so i wouldn’t hear the noise from upstairs!!! (i was in shocked..!! the way he responsed i was there alone and i am woman i didn’t feel safe overall) I m just a bit surprised IHG hires this staff. I truly believe and trust this brand IHG. But from that experience I dont knownwhat to expect anymore. "

"Clean rooms. Staff is great. Breakfast is good, love the breakfast potatoes and biscuits n gravy. Nice options."

"Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. "
