Room was not clean and the bed sheet had a blood stain or similar on it. We called and asked for them to change it and they just said they would send up someone to get us new ones. Not change it out for us but to just drop them off. That alone was pathetic but then they never delivered them!

I should say the stay was wonderful and beyond my expectations. The ladies at the reception desk were super helpful and the shuttle bus was running even at 4:30 in the morning.
