"We had to clean the heart shape tub in our room it was brown do we opt out of that the staff is great entertainment yes loved it . But really need to do better cleaning the rooms my last day before leaving I spotted bed bug so bring your Lysol"

"Room was very spacious & clean. All of the staff was very friendly. The weather was warm so we were able to enjoy the courtyard. Lots of choices on the restaurant menu. And the complimentary continental breakfast was excellent. "

"Had the most lovely cozy cabin girls trip here! The weather was a little chilly (which was to be expected for late March) but we still had a great time! We mostly read books and played board games and we made use of the beautiful fireplace. FYI you do have to bring your own towels/bedsheets, but they provide blankets and pillows. The beds were fairly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils.The lake and view from the cabin is gorgeous and honestly the pictures don't do it justice! I would definitely stay here again in the future! "

"Wonderful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate some potentially challenging circumstances, super friendly, cute and clean rooms, recommend the spa rooms, just cover the hot tubs back up when not in use or it can feel a little humid. Excellent place to stay "

"Massively appreciate the fenced in dog park! Please for the love of god change your main number to the restaurant number. I called 3 times and left messages with no call back before I tried the restaurant number and finally reached someone! Totally unacceptable. And add some lighting to the road back to the cabins, please, because getting in at night after a long drive and having to worry about where my cabin was in that maze was a huge stressor. Bed was fine, not the best but not bad. Shower pressure was fantastic! "
