The only thing I found was wrong was the bacon at the breakfast room in the mornings it tasted like it was fake lol plastic like nearly, no flavor at all, and I mean none. I buy low sodium bacon but that right there was like some no sodium no salt no nothing. Other than that everything else was great I really enjoyed my stay there and my favorite thing was the black out curtains

Great location and a newer hotel. The shower and sink pressure was low. Breakfast was good; however, it could use more variety for people with diet restrictions. Overall great stay and comfy beds!

RESERVATION NIGHMARE
When I called to request a handicap accessible a room next parking added to my reservation, I was told they had NO reservation for me. It took 3 calls back and forth to Hotels.com and this Hotel, and several hours of my time, before it was finally straightened out and I felt confident enough to head towards the hotel. I was bringing my husband who was going to have open heart surgery and had to be at the hospital early the next day, I couldn't take a chance that there would not be a room for us Or that there would be a stressful situation to deal with when we got there. Since dealing with this cause delays of several hours we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 9:00p.m. when we had originally planned to check in at 3:00p.m.. We had hoped to have a nice quiet evening together. Instead we tired a d upset. Also when I researched hotels I believe this hotel's advertising lists portable shower chairs However, they didn't have any.vWhich made it difficult for both my husband and I (I'm also disabled) to shower. Handheld shower heads would akso have been a big plus. Homewood Suites might want to take into consideration that that they are located 5 minutes from a major hospital and very close to at least one other that I know of and patients staying here would find these items very helpful.

We enjoyed this hotel for a week during the holidays. The staff was friendly, helpful and always around if you needed them. The breakfast was one of the better free hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

They had us checking out the next day even though we booked and paid for 3 nights. But the people in the front desk were very helpful to check us in again. There might be something wrong with their computer system?

Upon arrival the front desk was friendly, they let us check in early. The hotel was very clean. They had a nice variety of breakfast options and the dining area was spacious and clean. Great location with hotel being within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store for your convenience.

I stayed over in October last year and booked a studio suite and was given a fairly large room. This time, I booked the exact same room with photos as shown on Expedia, but was given a much smaller room. Not only is it misleading, but the property manager was not willing to help in any way or understand the situation, considering I know what the other bigger room looks like. In fact, it was suggested that if i wanted a bigger room, I could pay extra, when in fact, I should be refunded partially for getting a smaller room! This is very unsatisfactory and I definitely wouldn't go back again unless I can know for sure which room I'm assigned to rather than book room A and be given room B unknowingly. Expedia, you either need to make adjustments to your images as it is very inaccurate, or have Homewood Suites adjust their attitude for treating customers who have complaints.

1 night trip clean only thing was they take $25 dollars out for encase you buy something or use something in the room it weird only thing they hade in the room was tea / coffee just like any other hotels 15 dollars to park they give your 25 dollars back if you don’t buy anything..otherwise it’s clean service was nice breakfast eggs hash browns oatmeal waffles simple it was good get something to eat.it was little loud in the room walls are then. my wife and I will stay again it ext everything stores food gas station it’s in the main strip it’s all there that was good …..

Brand new hotel, rooms are very modern, all up to date. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was everything you could want. Yes, they charge for parking but you can take the elevator straight to your floor and know your car is secure. Highly recommend this hotel for the area.
