I stayed over in October last year and booked a studio suite and was given a fairly large room. This time, I booked the exact same room with photos as shown on Expedia, but was given a much smaller room. Not only is it misleading, but the property manager was not willing to help in any way or understand the situation, considering I know what the other bigger room looks like. In fact, it was suggested that if i wanted a bigger room, I could pay extra, when in fact, I should be refunded partially for getting a smaller room!
This is very unsatisfactory and I definitely wouldn't go back again unless I can know for sure which room I'm assigned to rather than book room A and be given room B unknowingly. Expedia, you either need to make adjustments to your images as it is very inaccurate, or have Homewood Suites adjust their attitude for treating customers who have complaints.
