"We had an awesome stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our bachelor party. The house is amazing—plenty of space, very clean, and had everything we needed for a great weekend.One thing to keep in mind for larger groups: there are about 11–12 beds, which worked fine for us, but if you’ve got a group of guys who aren’t exactly interested in sharing beds, it’s something to plan around. That said, we made it work without any issues.Overall, this place exceeded expectations. It’s clear the owners take great care of the property, and it really shows. We’ve already recommended it to friends—one group has even booked after our referral—and we’ll definitely be back ourselves.Highly recommend!. "

"Best place I have ever stayed. The details are insane on this house. Comfy beds, Games galore, close to the entertainment of Osage Beach. The movie theater chairs with the surround sound SONOS system. They were heated and massaging chairs. The Pool was under construction but I gotta respect an owner that is spending a ton of money on the house to make it that much better. You can tell they put thought into every detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND "

"This property was comfortable and had everything we needed! Great for large families. I will say the deck needs some repairs but overall the kitchen was fully equip and the game room was a hit for the kids. Views were 10/10 and the sound system was fantastic."

"House was very nice and spacious. Lots of room for 5 people. Loved having pool table and shuffle board. Outside seating areas gave great viewing of the lake. Did lots of fishing off dock and was able to get lots of fish."
