Recently remodeled getaway in Davey Hollow Cove at mile marker 11.6! This 3 bed, 1.5 bath duplex can sleep up to 8 guests in Sunrise Beach, MO. You can enjoy your days relaxing on the dock, fishing, swimming on a deep NO WAKE cove or boating on the Lake of the Ozarks. You’re minutes away from many on lake establishments. This property has a private dock that may be shared with the other units on the property. This complex can potentially sleep 25 guests, please contact owners for booking availability in advance. Plenty of private parking for vehicles and trailers. There is a slide and swimming platform on the dock. There is also a kayak and paddle boat available free of charge with this property. Please contact owners if you are needing a slip for your boat. Sunrise Beach has many restaurants nearby on land and Osage Beach shopping is just a short drive away. You’ll be minutes away from Porta Cima for an afternoon of lakeside golfing.

Lake Life

We love this place! We loved it so much the first time, we just had to come back! We had an awesome relaxing 4th of July weekend here. My daughters love the lake, dock and all the water toys that are available for use. The host are very accommodating and communicate. We’re already looking forward to our next stay! I would definitely recommend this place!

Sunrise Beach

We had an awesome stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described and more. The dock was very nice and peaceful. It had many water toys as well. The kids enjoyed the slide off the dock, the kayak and paddle boat that were available. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cozy cove

The cove and water were fantastic to swim in. The pedal boat was nice to use, as were the float devices. It is a duplex, so we had some interaction with them, luckily they were friendly and honest. Fishing off the dock was very nice.

Overall nice property with nice dock to use. Only complains was one bed teetering on the frame making it pretty hard to sleep in. Also complete lack of soap in any restroom and no additional toilet paper or paper towels to be found. Kitchen had utensils but a few pots and pans that were questionable at best.Overall nice place and would stay again, but felt a little under-equipped.

Ok for place to sleep

The property is in definite need of some upgrades. The furniture was very dated and not accommodating; beds were not comfortable and would pop us if you sat on the end. Furthermore, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms and limited toilet paper and towels for a three night stay. There is no way this property sleeps eight- Maybe six at most. The TV remote did not work (battery dead), the dryer did not work, and there was a nail protruding from the ripped stairway carpet that caused injury to my husband. The check in process was easy, there’s plenty of hot water and AC. If you’re just looking for a place to crash at night, it fits the bill.

There was nothing in description about cameras on property. Was looking for a private weekend at the lake with friends. Looking around felt like we was being watched, and made us uneasy.... would understand cameras out front for safety. But feel like this should be in description. May look for a different property next time...

Look closely

Everything needs updating the bathroom sinks do not drain the tub does not drain the toilet seat broke while we were there. The door leading outside on the lower level is not working properly. We found trash left in the nightstand by our bed. In my opinion they are out of line and what they are charging for this

Everything about this place was great, only two things that were a little disappointing where the Lillypad thst had a huge slit in it and the slide shown on the picture is not safe at all it needs to be taken down other than that everything was great

nice relaxing stay

This is a nice get away, good location, quiet area for the kids to swim. Dock is nice. Nice to have use of the kayak, and paddle boat. A lovely get away for sure. Only thing is to get a new futon, the current one was very uncomfortable for the ones using it. Maybe a few extra blankets as well.

A little out dated but not a bad stay for the price.

Had a good time, the house is a little out dated some of the furniture could and probably should be replaced (the bunk beds and the fold out couch). The dock was organized but maybe could have been cleaned before we got there. Everything was covered in dust. But other than those few things we enjoyed our stay.

Fun Relaxing Stay

Property could have been kept up better. We had a hard time cooking with pans provided, futon was in rough shape. But overall, it was a decent place and the owner was friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the dock - we could hangout and watch tv or listen to music while the kids jumped on the floaties and swam.

Super private cove. The rafts were a great addition plus super easy to get to and from the house to the dock. Would absolutely stay here again! Plus, the deck was big enough for all of us to hang out on! Neighbors were super friendly as well!
