Kids will love the slide and dock seating, while adults can gather around the firepit or relax on the multiple balconies. Grill out on the propane BBQ and take in the stunning views with your favorite crew.

Indoor Comforts and Entertainment
Inside, the space is just as inviting. Gather in the lakeview living room with surround sound, or dive into family game night with video games, classic board games, and kid-friendly activities. With smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, baby essentials, and a comfy recliner, everyone—from toddlers to adults—has a place to relax and recharge after a day on the lake.

Located at the 10MM in Sunrise Beach, Barberton Bay Retreat offers excellent access to lakefront dining, boating, and entertainment. Head across the water to popular spots like Franky & Louie's or Captain Ron's, or explore the quieter coves by kayak or paddleboard. Enjoy live music, local marinas, and waterfront bars nearby. Off the water, check out shopping at the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace, golfing at Bear Creek Valley, or family fun at Big Surf Waterpark.

• We supply propane for the grill
• Wood is not provided for the firepit
• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• This property does not allow smoking indoors or outdoors on the premises.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• Guests have full use of the dock during their stay. Please note that the owners may occasionally access the dock to take their boat out; this will not interfere with guest use or enjoyment of the dock.

• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Guests have full access to the home and lakefront amenities.

Our smart systems allow for guest access without host interaction - however, your LakeDays Rentals - Casago team is always nearby to support your stay and respond to requests.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
