Super great, clean and fun retro, reasonably priced property with tons of amenities! Great pool and swim dock on lake. In a nice quiet cove, too! Only con is poor WiFi connectivity and low water pressure and low shower head in shower. Even with that, would stay here again and again!

Enjoyed the stay immensely. Had a great time with my granddaughter. Had excellent pool time with my granddaughter and family. Extremely helpful staff. Room extremely adequate.. small shower but adequate. Extremely peaceful.. so peaceful my son and his family are planning on going and staying a weekend. Just as a getaway they live in the area

We absolutely loved our stay! The lakefront location was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. The views were amazing, and it was so relaxing being right by the water. Everything was comfortable, clean, and made our stay feel special. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and get away for a while. The staff was also amazing! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Their great service made our experience even better! We had such a great experience and would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Rock Harbor with our six kiddos! The staff was very nice and friendly, and we really enjoyed our time there. We arrived on a day when it was 101° outside, and our unit was initially only getting down to about 80°, but the staff provided box fans to help, and once the sun went down, the unit cooled back down to a comfortable 71°. A few things we’d love to see improved would be a newer microwave, some games and activities in the rec room that don’t require coins, and a little smoothing out of the footing around the pool. We had a few stubbed toes, and it was especially difficult for our toddler to walk on. Overall, though, it was a great stay and a great start to our trip. We’d definitely recommend Rock Harbor to other families!

Front desk doesn’t know how to greet first timers, she accused me of not paying for the added 3rd day. It’s embarrassing when people are around in the office. She reached out to Expedia and found out I did pay. She was very welcoming to repeated customers. We had 2 queen beds. The bed frames were flimsy. The bed does slide around. It’s very outdated the patio furniture was super rusty. You can’t sit on the patio furniture or you’ll have rust stains on your clothes, towels, or bathing suit.
