Your Sunset Beach adventure begins at this freshly painted and remodeled 2 BR 2BA condo in Sea Trail Resort- just minutes from the beautiful white sands of Sunset Beach, with a deck overlooking the 9th hole on Maples golf course. King bedroom with full laundry closet and a queen bedroom, each with their own en-suite bath and smart TV. LVP flooring throughout the condo for easy, clean maintenance. New King mattress in 2025 and new Queen mattress in 2026. The living room has a smart TV, loveseat with ottoman, upholstered arm chair and queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space and access to deck with 4 chairs to watch the golfers in action, or just enjoy your favorite beverage and relax. The full kitchen is fully stocked with all needed appliances and cookware to stay in and prepare your meals, if desired. Enjoy amenities like a full size washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, free WiFi, AC/heat, iron and ironing board. Portable wooden crib and mattress available under King bed if needed. Onsite pools, hot tubs, pickleball and tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants and bars to enjoy.(*Note: as if January 2026, the Sunset Tiki pool and bar directly in front of the condo is still under renovation)

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean out all food and personal items left in the fridge and on the counters. Take out all trash to outside receptacles and replace waste cans with clean, empty bags.
Wash and dry all dishes and put them away in the cabinets. Put all dirty linens that belong to the condo in the laundry basket in the King bedroom to be washed
Please leave the condo in the same shape it was when you arrived. Set the thermostat to 78 in the warm months and 60 in the colder months. Turn off all ceiling fans and window units.
