First time using VRBO, but I’ve stayed on this property (Sea Trails) 12 of the last 14 years on golf trips. Easily one of the nicest condos I’ve found. Full washer and dryer. I travel with a lot of supplies but they had a ton available (cleaning supplies, paper products, a stick vacuum and swifter, etc). A lot of times a rental kitchen has one pot, a couple pans, and limited utensils. NOT HERE. There were many different sized pots and pans, great cooking knives, and tools. Best rental kitchen for a cook ever. Everything in the common area seemed new. The owner had games and children’s activities available, though we never used them. Beds were comfortable. Ample closet space, and even pack and plays and booster seats available as well. So overall a great spot, with great amenities. The only “ding” the stay gets with me has to do with whoever is responsible for turning the place over between guests. I had 3 main issues-1. The floor had not been swept. Noticeable heavy “debris” in the main area and in the bedrooms and baths. Dead Palmetto bug in middle of floor in lockout suite. So I swept.2. Porch cushions had been left out, and it’s pollen season. Unusable. I have heavy allergies.3. A window next to the dining table was open. There was a layer of dust/pollen that had blown in on the table and dishes. Immediately had to load dishwasher.All 3 are things someone turning the place should see. Would I stay again? ABSOLUTELY, with a better arrival.
