A large open floor plan with Kitchen, dining, and living room. Spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, utensils. Dining area has seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Master bedroom has 1 king size bed, master bath with walk in shower, and an extra-large walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer two twin beds each.
Outdoor deck overlooks the beautiful courtyard which is perfect place for children to play. The courtyard also has two charcoal grill areas with picnic tables. Colony II has an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room.
The location of this beautiful condo is across the street from the intracoastal water way, minutes from Ocean Isle beach, Sunset beach, town of Calabash, many waterfront restaurants and endless activities in the Myrtle Beach area.
Also close by is the very well known Callahan's gift shop that offers many unique gifts, a wide selection of local made fudge and saltwater taffy with an amazing selection of collectables and Christmas ornaments.
Last but not least don't forget to stop at the Calabash Creamery where they offer premium homemade ice cream.
